Time-Only Crews
Time Only Crews.
A crew is marked as racing for time-only by setting a flag on the timing record (a.k.a. startorder entry) for that crew in a specific division.
The crew must already have been assigned to a division, or have a time recorded if not a planned entry. Navigate to the detailed timing records for the crew. Do this via the Timing -> Operation menu and select the appropriate division for Edit Detailed Timing Data.

Once on the detailed timing data the time-only flag is recorded using the middle of the three flags in the Other column at the right hand side of each record. If the image is a minus sign, the default, then the crew is racing for a prize but if it contains a road icon that crew/timing record is set to time-only and hence excluded from the prize lists.
