Refund Crews
Refund Crews.
When the refund crews option is chosen for either a group of crews or an individual crew the Refund Crews screen is displayed. This displays the full list of crews that will be refunded. The refund can be performed with one of three options:
- Full refund

Where the full amount paid is refunded.
- Percentage refund

Where a percentage of the full amount paid is refunded.
- Up to a maximum amount of

Where the refund is made but only up to a specified maximum amount.
Refund crews confirm.
Once the refund option is chosen the Refund crews now should be pressed. This displays a final confirmation dialog which if accepted causes the refunds to be processed.
Refund crews completed.
The refund operation itself may take up to a minute so do be patient. Once the refund is completed the display will return to the original screen with a confirmation message displayed. The original crews list will now by updated with the refunds showing.
