Populate from last meeting

When the competition meeting is initially configured a Populate from last meeting option will be present in the Setup menu. This option will perform an initial setup based on the previous meeting for the same competition.

Briefly it will setup: - meeting options to be the same as before; - all divisions to be as before; - all events as before but without bands configured; - clone the additional information _field settings.

It is generally advised to setup based on the previous competition unless there has been a significant restructuring of the competition setup. Click on the Populate from last meeting button to confirm the operation.

Once the operation is complete the events screen will be displayed and the Populate from last meeting menu entry will no-longer be present. The menu entry will also disappear if any manual competition setup is performed.
