Custom crew information

The crew names and identifiers that BROE uses do not typically match those used by a competition itself. The custom crew information feature allows the competition administrator to upload the crew numbers and names as used in the draw/timetable. This is entirely optional but once uploaded the information is displayed against the crew details and can be used in a limited form for searching for the crew.

BROE provides a download of the template file in either CSV or XLSX formats with all of the accepted crews listed. Once populated with the crew information the file can be uploaded to BROE to populate all, or some, crews. After upload the download template will now contain the populated information.
